How Can severe Feet Pain Be Treated?

Hello I have an autoimmune disease (lupus ) still after 6 years in the watch and wait but my question today is my feet have always hurt but I have blood under both of my big toe nails and they hurt so bad I want to cut them off. I didn t do any walking or stubbing of the toes. I have very viscous blood at times can t even draw it. Last surgery under local I no bleeding during the surgery. So I wonder how or why it would be thin enough to leak so much into the toes. And after 6 weeks still suffering and one keeps rolling up. Heating pad helps but I just don t know if that is something I should be doing and if not what can I do to help stop or just to help with pain? Thank you sorry so long winded

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like plantar fasciitis.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. In that case, steroid injection to the feet may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
